The pre-application checklist is a new optional tool available for those planning to build in the Township. It can be submitted before starting an application through Cloud Permit.

This checklist helps applicants determine whether a building permit may be required, describe their proposed work, confirm zoning compliance, and identify any special considerations related to their project. It also provides convenient access to any relevant forms.

For applicants, it’s a great way to better understand what’s needed before submitting a full permit application. For the Development Services Department, it offers helpful context about the project and supports clearer communication early in the process.
