Greening Communities provides landowners with the opportunity to “green” their property through the planting of native tree seedlings at an affordable rate. Planting trees is important in achieving a healthier, greener Municipality.

Landowners in Malahide Township are able to complete and order form to purchase a minimum of 20 bareroot tree seedlings to plant on their property. Prices vary by species. Trees are preordered and stock is limited so order now to avoid disappointment. More information is available at: https://www.kettlecreekconservation.on.ca/greening-communities/.

Larger quantities of seedlings are also available through other programs. Reach out to your local Conservation Authority, Kettle Creek Conservation Authority or Catfish Creek Conservation Authority to find out more.
