Catfish Creek Conservation Authority (CCCA) is governed by a Board of Directors, which is represented by five individuals from the municipalities within the Catfish Creek watershed jurisdiction - Town of Aylmer, Municipality of Central Elgin,Township of Malahide, Township of South-West Oxford and the City of St. Thomas. The CCCA is a local non-profit organization mandated to ensure the conservation, restoration, and responsible management of local water, land, and habitat.
