Correspondence to Council can be sent to the Township Office, 87 John Street, South, Aylmer, Ontario, N5H 2C3, or e-mailed to the Manager of Legislative Services/Clerk.

Request to Appear before the Council

If you have a question or concern or need a decision of Council on a particular matter, you can request to appear as a delegation at a meeting with Council to discuss your concerns. If you have a concern about something happening in the Township, contact   the Manager of Legislative Services/Clerk to discuss the issue before registering as a delegation. Some concerns can be addressed by staff without having to go to Council for a decision. If your issue cannot be resolved by staff, staff can advise you of the next steps to address your concerns which may include appearing before the Council.

Individuals or delegations wishing to address Council are asked to contact the Clerk's Department at (519) 773-5344 ext. 222 or Manager of Legislative Services/Clerk prior to the meeting in order to be placed on the agenda as a delegation. It is recommended that all groups appoint one person to act as their spokesperson.
