Kennel Licences

Residents within the Township of Malahide who wish to operate a kennel must follow the requirements that have been established for the Township.

Dog owners may be permitted to have more than 3 dogs if they are eligible for a Kennel Licence. Generally, a Kennel Licence will only be issued within a rural area, subject to compliance with the applicable Zoning By-law. The Kennel Application can be completed and submitted to the Township Office after pre-consultation of your property address has occurred.
